A polypropylene shell chair occupies a different product category from upholstered alternatives: the seat and back are a single formed piece with no separate cushion, fabric, or seam. This makes the chair essentially maintenance-free — wipe clean, resistant to spills, impervious to fabric wear — and significantly lighter than padded counterparts at 6.5 kg net.
The single-piece PP shell eliminates the mechanical complexity and upholstery wear that account for most of the long-term maintenance cost of fabric dining chairs. In commercial settings where chairs are used hundreds of times per year by different people, this structural simplicity has a direct impact on lifecycle cost.
The moulded form includes a slightly contoured seat and back that provide basic ergonomic shaping without cushioning. This suits shorter dining sessions (45–60 minutes) comfortably, though it is not intended for extended seating periods.
White powder-coated steel legs provide a stable base and complement the PP shell in a coordinated light palette. Seat height of 45 cm, total height 80 cm — standard for dining use with 74–76 cm tables.
The 65 × 53 × 54 cm carton allows 310 per 40 GP. At 8 kg gross, the chair is cost-efficient to ship.
Recommended for restaurants, cafés, school canteens, outdoor-adjacent dining areas, event seating, and any environment where easy cleaning, low maintenance, and robust daily use are the primary selection criteria.
