The HG-1859-2 steps up from its sibling model with significantly higher-grade materials on both surfaces: Judy 355 fabric at RMB 35.5/m on the back and Cole Agate Hi-Tech PU at RMB 30.5/m on the seat. Both are among the costlier upholsteries in this product range, and the difference is visible — the fabric has a denser, more refined weave, while the PU exhibits a genuine leather-like depth rather than the flat appearance of budget alternatives.
The seat PU choice is deliberate: dining settings expose seat surfaces to food oils, liquid spills, and clothing friction more than backs do. PU at this grade wipes clean with minimal effort and resists surface cracking under thermal cycling — a common failure in cheaper seat materials used in hospitality environments.
The mini butterfly mechanism provides a gentle seat tilt without manual adjustment, and the 100 mm chrome Class 3 gas lift covers 9.5 cm of height adjustment. The 320 mm chrome base and 50 mm castors with chrome covers create a cohesive metallic finish throughout.
At 11 kg net in a shared carton configuration, container loading reaches 280 per 40 GP — manageable for a chair at this upholstery specification.
Recommended for high-end restaurants, hotel dining rooms, private club seating, and hospitality environments where upholstery quality is assessed by guests at close range.
